Asa Mitaka’s plans to save Denji falls to the wayside as the unleashed Chainsaw Devil threatens to consume the world.
A cult that worshipped Chainsaw Man orchestrated a plan to unleash the Devil in order to stop a world-ending prophecy. But by the look of things, they might have kickstarted it themselves.
What’s worse is that a secret cabal of Japanese officials are planning to bargain with the Aging Devil, which promises an end to natural death in exchange for the lives of 10,000 children.
With the Mouth, Octopus and Bitterness Devils suffering a cannibalistic off-screen death, the black Chainsaw Devil continues its massacre in a voiceless world.
Before the chapter ends, we finally see Yoru and Katana Man confront Denji together with Public Safety. In a short but predictable fight, chainsaws whir and arms are severed before Chainsaw Devil approaches Yoru to finish them off.
