This latest Guinness World Record adds to the franchise’s impressive collection of accolades.

One Piece is a globally renowned manga and anime series created by Eiichiro Oda. The story revolves around Monkey D. Luffy, a young, rubbery man who dreams of becoming the King of the Pirates.
Inspired by his childhood idol, the legendary pirate Red-Haired Shanks, Luffy sets sail with his crew, the Straw Hat Pirates, to find the ultimate treasure, the One Piece.
Their journey takes them across the Grand Line, a perilous ocean filled with extraordinary islands, dangerous creatures, and rival pirates.
Beyond its core manga and anime, the One Piece franchise has expanded into a vast multimedia empire. One Piece has inspired countless merchandise, from action figures and clothing to home goods and collectibles.
The franchise’s popularity has also extended to theme parks, live stage performances, and even a live-action television series. This adaptation, brought to life by Netflix, aims to introduce the world of One Piece to a wider audience while staying true to the spirit of the original story.
