Anime Fortnite? Yes, please!
If you have ever wanted to play a Fortnite-esque battle royale game with waifu characters, you’ll want to know how to register for Fate Trigger alpha test.
Tencent-owned Saroasis studio just announced this new free-to-play third-person battle royale game, featuring vibrant anime-style visuals and characters that are more reminiscent of games like Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves.
That said, Fate Trigger: The Novita is not just a battle royale game. It is also a hero-shooter, which aligns it more with NetEase’s Naraka Bladepoint. If these comparisons caught your interest, you’re in the right place.
Saroasis studio is holding a Fate Trigger alpha test and this ONE Esports guide explains how to register for it, alongside details including its start time and test platforms.
How to register for Fate Trigger alpha test
You can register for Fate Trigger: The Novita alpha test on the game’s official website and Steam page.
On the website’s homepage, look for the “Join Test” section. Clicking on it will take you to the survey page with a bunch of standard questions like the model number of your GPU and your familiarity with shooter games.
On Steam, you can find a section dedicated to Fate Trigger: The Novita playtest below the Wishlist option. Select it to request an alpha key.
Fortunately, in this case, you won’t have to fill out an elaborate survey form. Just click on the request access option, and you will get an email notification from Steam on September 23 if you are selected.
Alternatively, you can join the Fate Trigger: The Novita Discord server, where you can claim the role of Alpha Tester for a chance to gain an alpha key.
Please note that there is also a pre-registration section on the website, though it’s for the full launch, not the upcoming alpha test.
When can you play the Fate Trigger alpha test?
The Fate Trigger alpha test will commence at 7 a.m. EDT on September 25, 2024, and conclude at 11:59 a.m. EDT on September 30, 2024.
The alpha test is exclusive to Steam, but there may be more opportunities to try the game on other platforms in the future.
On full launch, Fate Trigger: The Novita will be released on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Android, and iOS.
