After being rumored for months, Firefly is finally making her much-awaited appearance in Honkai Star Rail as a 5-star playable character.
While she had a prominent role in Star Rail 2.0’s main story, Firefly was notably absent in the subsequent update and made a surprising return in update 2.2.
Firefly uses Fire as her element and follows the path of Destruction. If you’re excited to add Firefly to your party, you’re in the right place.
In this guide, we go over the Firefly release date in Honkai Star Rail and details on her limited-time banner.
When is Firefly coming to Honkai Star Rail? Firefly release date details
The Firefly Honkai Star Rail release is set for June 18 2024, at least according to the character’s drip marketing by HoYoverse. Firefly’s limited-time banner will be part of phase 1 of Honkai Star Rai 2.3.
In the meantime, you could look forward to phase 2 of Honkai Star Rail 2.2, which will introduce and re-introduce the 5-star banners for Boothill and Fu Xuan, respectively.
As a member of the Stellaron Hunters, Firefly was born as a weapon and afflicted with a chronic condition called Entropy Loss Syndrome. According to Hoyoverse, she joined the Stellaron Hunters to defy her fate and find the meaning of life.
When will Firefly banner conclude in Honkai Star Rail?
Firefly’s 5-star banner will last for 3 weeks in Honkai Star Rail, similar to other limited 5-star event warps. It is expected to conclude on July 10 2024, which means you will have plenty of time to farm Stellar Jades and try your luck in getting this notable 5-star character.
Firefly’s banner should return next year, so if by chance you end up losing your 50/50 or couldn’t save enough Stellar Jades to get her this time, you will probably get another opportunity soon.
That’s everything we know about the Honkai Star Rail Firefly release date.
