Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix marks the addition of a variety of free rewards, including the glorious Slayer Juice WRLD outfit and Golden Scythe Pickaxe.
Although you can grab these cosmetics for free, it doesn’t mean that you can get them right away. Instead, the items are locked by default and you’ll need to follow a certain process in order to unlock them.
In this ONE Esports guide, we’ll walk you through the instructions to unlock both items in the game.
How to get Golden Scythe Pickaxe in Fortnite
Getting this golden pickaxe is relatively simple as all you need to do is earn 140,000 XP while the event is underway.
We got this item roughly after playing four to five matches of Zero build, in which we explored new POIs and completed daily challenges that rewarded us with significant XP.
Once you complete the main goal, a menu will pop up on your screen that will allow you to claim the pickaxe.
How to unlock Slayer Juice WRLD outfit in Fortnite
Juice WRLD, the famous American rapper and singer, has also been featured in Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix, and the best part is players can own his skin without spending any money.
All they have to do is launch the Fortnite between November 30, 2024, 1 a.m. ET (Eastern Time) and December 1, 1 a.m. ET to get his outfit for free. Players will have just 24 hours to claim this reward.
Thankfully, the outfit will be available for purchase in the Shop at a later date if you can’t make the event or log in during the applicable window.
