Antonia intentionally or unintentionally uses a Rumble bug against Caps. He is at ~80% heat, uses E and Q, overheats and right after uses E again. It's a common bug and I am surprised this is the first game I see it in. For it to happen, as far as I know, you have to have 2 charges of E and be near overheating. Then what you have to do is use E and overheat before you second E comes off cooldown. You can do this with all your basic abilities. So you E Q to overheat and use E2. You can use E W to overheat and use E2. And you can even use plain E to overheat and you can again use E2.
