Harley is a top-notch mage/assassin hero in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. His spells quickly refresh, allowing him to make a clean escape after deadly attacks.
With his Space Escape, he can blink in, rapidly bring down his opponent utilizing Deadly Magic and Poker Trick, and then retreat unharmed to his magic hat.
Beyond that, his passive ability, Magic Master, empowers his basic attacks and abilities to decrease his enemy’s magic defense, increase his attack speed, and enhance his typical assaults to deal magic damage.

Lolita’s Guardian’s Reflection skill, makes her an effective choice against Harley.
